Chihuahua!!
Its has been 2 months plus since i left Singapore to come to a unfamiliar place, Arizona Goodyear. During the pass few months, i have been missing my dogs alot.. Especially Raven, my chihuahua.. Have been missing him so much.. Everyday was like wondering what is he doing in Singapore, is he falling sick or ect.. He's like my baby.. This few days was missing him even more.. Have been constantly dreaming about my raven.. In my dream, I saw him here with me in Arizona.. I hope my dream come true..
Was always begging my hubby to let him come to the states with us but due to some problems we did not bring him with us.. Now I've regret so much of not bringing him along.. We should have brought him together with us.. Sigh..
After dissusing with my hubby million of time regarding of bringing him here.. Finally he agreed.. But its a headache looking for someone to help to bring him over to us.. Can only ask those that have home trips to help out..But not sure who is able to do that for us.. Hope he can find someone to help us soon.. I wanted to see my raven soon!!

Yesterday my hubby brought me to see The Incredible Hulk 2008. I love superheroes show!! Must Watch Movies Of The Year: Hancock, Tropic Thunder, Wanted, HellboyII The Golden Army, The Mummy-Tomb Of Dragon, Journey To The Center Of The Earth.
Synopsis Of The Incredible Hulk 2008:

Laksa Laksa!!
Due to my hubby craving for the singapore local food, i cooked laksa for him today.. Actually is a Primetaste Premix sauces, just add water and do according to what they instruct and then laksa is done.. Its super easy.. But it will take up some time, as u will need to blanch noodles, prawns, and cook hard boiled eggs..

Baking Muffins!!
Yesterday was a boring day for me so i tried to bake muffins for my hubby.. Got the receipe from shirley about 3 to 4pm in the afternoon then i started to prepare for the stuff needed for the Chocolate Chips muffins.. Its a really easy to make and nice to eat muffins...
Chocolate Chips Muffins
Ingredients:
150g Butter
150g Sugar
175g Self Raising Flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3-4 tablespoon of chocolate chips
Methods:
1. Preheat oven at 390F
2. Put all the ingredient in a mixing bowl except for the chocolate chips.
3. Use the mixer to beat the ingredients till they look like a creamy mixture.
4. Put in the chocolate chips and mix well. Pour the mixture into cup cake moulds.
5. Put the mixture into the oven and bake for 25mins.
6. Test with a toothpick to see if the muffin is ready.
7. Take out from the oven and wait for it to cool.
8. Serve.

2nd Year Wedding Anniversary!!
6th June 2008, is a special day for me and my hubby. It's our 2nd year wedding anniversary. We went to chandler.. Actually have been to chandler for the 2nd time only.. There's lots of shops there.. Like coach, Victoria's secrets and etc.. 
My hubby brought a bag from aeropostate for me.. At first we thought the bag only cost us$14.99 but it came out to be us$24.99, which is quite ex.. But we still brought it as i think its nice.. Then we went to coach and my hubby brought this heritage coin purse for me.. It's super nice and i love it!! Thanks Hubby Muackz!! My hubby was saying that its because of our wedding anniversary, he would buy anything i wanted.. But it came out i just brought 2 things for myself.. 
Then after that we went for our dinner at applebee.. I told my hubby that the penne pasta there is super nice so we both order one for ourselves but it turn out to be not that nice as i think they never put enough sauces to the pasta.. Though it still look nice and delicious ..
After finishing our pasta we order strawberry cheesecake.. And its delicious.. Yummy!! Simply Love it!!

I hate It!!
This few days has been quite a busy yet boring days to pass... Wake up first thing in the morning, is to prepare lunch and dinner for my hubby as well as for myself.. As for normal will wake up about 2 hours before him, to prepare for our meals... Since the sighting of some "uninvited guests" , I was scared of going into the kitchen by my own.. The cockroaches here is much much more disgusting and freaking looking than the ones in Singapore... They are so black and disgusting!! Yucks!! The thinking of it make me sick... And of course, my hubby has killed 3 of it but i still felt there's more roaches in our house.. And on the day of the cockroaches sighting, I'm felt so uncomfortable with our kitchen, was always making myself think that they are somewhere out there, eg. in the closets, behind the fridge, and etc..
Worries Worries Worries...
Since then i have been waking my hubby up from his sleep to accompany me to the kitchen... Maybe I'm just being paranoid by some small roaches.. But they are really yucks.. I hope there's no more roaches in my kitchen, or in my house!!

3 more days!!
3 more days and my hubby will be back from canada... I'm so happy and excited to be seeing him back on this saturday!! Can't wait to see him!!
And for this passed few days, we (Juliet, Shirley and of course me) have always meet up with one another.. Yesterday, we went swimming.. Its so relaxing and we all have enjoyed ourselves very much.. Its seems like a holiday at a resort for us.. Haha.. because the sun, the pool, and the palm trees that surrounds us.. And we was like laying under the sun, relaxing ourselves and at the same time suntanning.. The weather is just nice for a tan.. As it's not so hot or cold, so we was just laying there doing nothing.. What a wonderful day for a swim! Haaa..Its seems like we are really do look like tai tai already
As for today, we went for muffin cooking session at Shirley house.... Haha..The muffins looks and taste real good.. And best of all, its so easy to make!! Thanks Shirley for teaching us how to bake this yummy muffins..and also thanks to her we have muffins to eat!! *Wink Wink*
Then after baking, we have our dinner at Shirley's house.. Have a sumptuous dinner today too!! Dishes for today are Radish & Pork rids soup, Baked Chicken Wings and lastly, Pan-fried Fish Fillet.. Its so yummy.. After the great dinner, we watched Hell's kitchen.. Its quite an entertaining program to watch.. Something like Project Runway..Which is a interesting program to watch.. Yet another day has passed
