3 more days!!

3 more days and my hubby will be back from canada... I'm so happy and excited to be seeing him back on this saturday!! Can't wait to see him!!
And for this passed few days, we (Juliet, Shirley and of course me) have always meet up with one another.. Yesterday, we went swimming.. Its so relaxing and we all have enjoyed ourselves very much.. Its seems like a holiday at a resort for us.. Haha.. because the sun, the pool, and the palm trees that surrounds us.. And we was like laying under the sun, relaxing ourselves and at the same time suntanning.. The weather is just nice for a tan.. As it's not so hot or cold, so we was just laying there doing nothing.. What a wonderful day for a swim! Haaa..Its seems like we are really do look like tai tai already

As for today, we went for muffin cooking session at Shirley house.... Haha..The muffins looks and taste real good.. And best of all, its so easy to make!! Thanks Shirley for teaching us how to bake this yummy muffins..and also thanks to her we have muffins to eat!! *Wink Wink*

Then after baking, we have our dinner at Shirley's house.. Have a sumptuous dinner today too!! Dishes for today are Radish & Pork rids soup, Baked Chicken Wings and lastly, Pan-fried Fish Fillet.. Its so yummy..

After the great dinner, we watched Hell's kitchen.. Its quite an entertaining program to watch.. Something like Project Runway..Which is a interesting program to watch.. Yet another day has passed

On the 7th day


Time seem to passed by slowly.. Today is just the 7th day my hubby went to canada.. Have 8 more days to go.. Argh... Still so long!! Haaa.. but for today alot of things happen.. Shirley and Juliet came to my house for cooking session!! Haha, actually we thought of cooking together since we have nothing better to do..

They came to my house at around 4pm, bringing together with them some ingredients for cooking my dishes, and of course not forgetting twinkle (Juliet's cute puppy). Firstly, we played the game CHEAT.. And Juliet is the first to end the game and follow by Shirley then me.. Sob Sob.. Guess i'm not a good cheater.. Haaa..

So after ending our game we began to cook our dishes..Our dishes are chicken herbal soup, baked beans, vegetables with minced meat, eggs with chinese sausages, and last of all baked potatoes, yummy!! As for our last dish (baked potatoes), we are too full to be eating that so we keep it for tml lunch.. Haha.. I think we are too greedy to be cooking so much that we can't finish up the dishes.. Threw away quite alot as it's ready too much for us girls to eat.. Guess next time we know what to do..

=*Life in a different country*=

Its been about a month plus that we stayed in a totally different country rather than the familiar old Singapore that we have lived since we are born. Have never stayed in another country for more than a week but now i have to stay here for about another 1 year plus.

Was beginning to wonder, why did we accepted the offer to come here? Was it just an experiences for us or was it just for fun that we moved here? Or was it just for the sake of money? Actually for us, we think that we needed to be more independent so we decided to make such a big decision on coming here.. But of course these are part of the reasons why we wanted to come here..

For this past 1 month, i have miss Singapore dearly. Miss my family (my mummy, sister, brother, and hubby family), my friends (you should know who you are! haha), and my two dogs (Raven, Chloe, miss them terribly) and lastly i miss Singapore Local Food!! Like laksa, chicken rice (although they have it here but i still think that Chicken rice in Singapore taste better) wanton noodles, and my favourite ban-man. Definitely miss all these food in Singapore.. When I'm back in Singapore, guess i will be busy eating all these foods that i have mentioned. Haha.. but there is still a very long way to go..
Basically I'm just a housewife here, as we have nothing to do except for house chores.. But i hate house chores!! Haha.. but have no choices too, have to do if not my apartment will be full of dust.. And the weather here are very different from Singapore too!! Have experiences the spring and now going summer.. Its already been so hot recently, and it hit 42 Degree Celsius!! Its definitly getting hotter as summer approaches..
